Because we are a small team with low budget we couldn't do a full research with users. So I worked directly with stakeholders to identify the most critical and relevant information for technicians to perform their job.
Competitor Analysis. I also acquainted myself with almost all existing to-do lists, global and specific search sections and how other apps add tags. This helped me to understand some of the behaviors and interactions from our users.
Low-fidelity wireframes were created with different approaches. These were tested and iterated throughout the product development lifecycle.
